LOSE WEIGHT THE EASY WAY!

fat. This is because when the body is deprived of food,
it automatically goes into survival mode, slowing the

People often skip meals hoping to lose weight. However,

feeling, which is the body’s attempt to raise the blood
sugar levels but which ends up overloading the body with

isn’t just about satisfying physical hunger. It also
meets a lot of our emotional needs, which is why it is
difficult for many people to lose weight. When our
emotional needs are not being met in other areas of our
lives, we can turn to food in an attempt to find
comfort, control emotions, stop boredom etc., in an
attempt to fulfil those missing needs. Also, people can
become conditioned into unhelpful eating
patterns by their parents; for example, being told by a
parent to eat everything on their plate when growing up
even though they are full.
